	Rallabandi Giridhar graduated from Malnad College of Engineering Hassan, Mysore University, in Instrumentation Engineering. He joined the German Multinational, Siemens Ltd in the year 1995 .He worked in the organization in various departments such as Industrial Automation, Machine Tools, OEM development, End User Management & Channel Management. He has successfully made a transition from a Multinational Company to Several Start-up Organizations. As an entrepreneur and a visionary, he is presently involved in setting up operations North America for an Indian MNC. He has been married to his wife Gayathri for a period of Eight Years and has two childern. As an entrepreneur and a visionary, he along with his colleagues has taken the company from 2 Million INR to 250 Million INR in three years with offices around the world. Rallabandi Giridhar is on the board of Directors of Vasundara Automation. He has been married to his wife Gayathri for a period of Eight Years and has one child.
